Why do you charge for relocation service
— don't you get paid by the landlord?
When we're working for you, we search every available listing in the open market (and those off-market when available), and do not limit your search to our own inventory of listings. It's rare that we have something in our inventory or on MLS that precisely fits what you are looking for. If it's not our listing, we don't get paid by the landlord, and thus we have to charge for our leasing services.
What happens if I don't like the places you show me?
We work hard to ensure that the properties you see meet your criteria. Should we have any concerns about your criteria, we'll discuss them with you prior to your tour so that there are no surprises when we're touring. With the Elite Comprehensive Package, we're committed to working with you until you have a signed lease. Sometimes clients modify their criteria after their tour. When necessary, we'll address your concerns, revise solutions and schedule an additional day of touring. If you've signed up for the Customized One Day tour, we can upgrade you to the Full Service package (and credit you the fee of the Customized One Day Tour) and continue to work with you.
