A Sonoma County native, Pam Ruffino brings over 25 years of deep-rooted experience in the real estate industry.
Since joining the leadership team at Vanguard Properties in 2018, Pam has championed a collaborative, team-based approach, working closely with top professionals in the field. Her comprehensive knowledge of real estate contracts, systems, platforms, and operations has made her a key contributor to the development of many widely adopted industry practices.
 
Pam began her career in property management at Gravenstein Station in Sebastopol, where she oversaw 15 tenants and played a pivotal role in the sale of an on-site day spa, the Gravenstein Station complex, and its flagship tenant, The Sebastopol Inn.
 
Following the sale of Gravenstein Station, Pam joined a small team at Prudential Real Estate, managing all aspects of the business and helping to launch their independent brokerage, Domaine Real Estate. After several successful years, the business was acquired by Artisan Sotheby’s International Realty, where Pam served as both Operations Manager and General Manager. In this role, she led a team of 65 Realtors®, 20 staff members, and oversaw operations across five offices.
 
Pam is also a dedicated community member and was honored with the Sonoma County YMCA Social Responsibility Award in 2019. She lives in Bennett Valley with her husband, their two teenagers, and their rescue dog, Teddy.
