Before entering into her real estate career, Zoe spent many years working in veterinary medicine as a registered veterinary nurse in emergency/critical care in San Francisco. And just in case you thought she couldn’t multitask, she simultaneously worked five nights a week as a lead server at Novy SF in recent years as well. From both her customer service and medical backgrounds, Zoe exhibits a genuine sense of empathy for those around her and a strong desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others. She brings this same desire to her real estate career and is eager to share her genuine love for San Francisco with her clients.
After spending four years at the University of Puget Sound where she earned her B.S in Biology and Biochemistry, Zoe made her way back home to San Francisco and questioned why she ever left. As things often come full circle, the home Zoe grew up in Noe Valley, was actually sold to her mother by James Nunemacher, the CEO of Vanguard Properties, back in 1991! And now she is a Vanguard Properties Realtor®; passionate about helping her clients achieve their real estate goals in a city that has given her so much. Zoe currently resides in Noe Valley with her partner, Guy, a fellow Vanguard Properties agent, and her adored MinPin/Chihuahua mix, Toast.
