Tracey graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business and subsequently began a career in produce production management that spanned over 20 years. From that experience, she brings with her the ability to balance the constant conflicting requirements of supply vs the needs and desires of the client.
She is personable, articulate, courteous, and prompt with her responses and follow-through. She always maintains a sense of humor while remaining calm when situations can turn stressful. Tracey has been involved with the rebuild and remodel process of numerous homes and has learned how to see creative possibilities within the existing structures. She enjoys bringing a new set of eyes to every project. Her love of buying and selling real estate makes her a trusted resource to represent the finest properties with true integrity. Tracey will always go out of her way to make a client feel comfortable and respected throughout the process.
Descending from multi-generations on both sides of her family in the Olema Valley, Tracey has a deep love for this community. She understands the numerous intangible benefits of life in Marin and Sonoma, with its unmatched beauty, open spaces, weather, culture, and diversity.
Tracey has always prioritized giving back to her community, whether just simply helping family or friends on projects or through Big Brothers Big Sisters, the Elks Club, or as a 30-year participant with Marin County 4H Camp program. She enjoys entertaining, volunteer work, and spending time with her family, friends, and her well-spoiled English Mastiff, Gus.
