I track the market through daily evaluation of housing inventory and industry updates. By providing you with the latest data, together we’ll strategize how to maximize the investment potential of all of your current and future real estate transactions. One of my areas of focus is helping clients that are interested in utilizing the financial benefits of Prop. 19. This is a property tax transfer strategy based on your home’s base value and used for clients who meet the criteria. Ask me more about it.
