Stacy grew up as a “Navy Brat”, and her Dad might emphasize “Brat”. She considers herself fortunate to have spent her formative years in places such as Iceland, Japan, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, Spain, the UK and Greece. After flying the coop, the traveling bug never left, leading her to visit places such as Taiwan, Thailand, Hong Kong, South Korea, Mexico, Belize, Fiji, Australia, The Bahamas, The Canary Islands, Canada and 39 of the 50 United States, in no particular order.
After graduating high school abroad, she made a direct line for the Bay Area, shuffled her feet upon the "welcome mat" and knew she had found the place to call home! While renting in the Oakland Hills, she attended SFSU to pursue a degree in biology (and still considers herself a science nerd!). Within a few years she purchased her first home in the Montclair District.
The home buying process awoke a previously undiscovered passion: real estate. After closing escrow on her first home she immediately earned her real estate license and has been enthusiastically helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals ever since.
Stacy is joining Vanguard Properties with over 20 years of experience helping Buyers and Sellers achieve their real estate goals. Stacy understands that just as every home is unique, so are the needs and priorities of each homeowner and prospective homeowners alike. She therefore approaches each relationship with a desire to deeply understand her clients' aspirations. Her goal is not simply to facilitate a transaction, but to employ a compassionate approach to empower her clients to succeed in their endeavors with her earned experience and knowledge - all the while aggressively negotiating on their behalf with a keen intent on avoiding knowable, predictable and unnecessary risks.
