As a local agent, Ross is living his passion of connecting with people in our community and supporting them in reaching their real estate goals.
Growing up in Sebastopol and living throughout the Bay Area, Ross has a natural understanding of the community and dynamic real estate market. As a homeowner himself, Ross acknowledges the significance of each real estate transaction and strives to facilitate an exceptional experience for his clients.
He brings nearly a decade of experience as a top performing sales professional, having worked for publicly traded companies within the medical device and financial technology sectors.
Ross began his career representing Depuy Orthopaedics, consulting surgeons on total joint replacements in the East Bay Area. Collaborating with surgical teams intra-operatively, Ross takes immense pride in his attention to detail, product knowledge, and execution under pressure.
Ross later joined Square, a global commerce platform for business owners, and was the first sales representative on the go-to-market team that launched Square for Restaurants. Ross negotiated and executed contracts with Square’s largest restaurant customers, and managed a top performing sales team with direct reports based throughout the country.
After a record breaking high school football career at Analy High in Sebastopol, Ross was recruited as a preferred walk-on to play Wide Receiver at Cal Berkeley. He later earned a full ride athletic scholarship, and received the Ken Cotton award recognizing him as the team’s most courageous player. Ross graduated with a degree in Sociology.
A resident of Sebastopol, Ross lives with his wife, Stesha, and their son, Emmer. Ross and Stesha oversaw an extensive remodel of their home, gaining invaluable experience working with local contractors, tradesmen, and landscapers.
In his free time, Ross enjoys the outdoor activities that Sonoma County has to offer: beach days at Bodega Bay, bike riding throughout West County, and al fresco dining at the county’s outstanding restaurants and wineries.
