I have a combined 23 years of experience as a real estate broker, former Planning Commissioner, and attorney.
Originally from San Diego, I have been a San Francisco resident since 1984. I have a combined 23 years of experience as a real estate broker, former Planning Commissioner, and attorney. In the past 6 years, I have sold an annual average of $35 million in San Francisco real estate. This portfolio includes all property types: individual condominiums, single-family homes, commercial buildings, mixed-use buildings, vacant land, and new loft and condominium buildings. I have represented hundreds of sellers and buyers and have also been a seller and buyer myself. I was a member of the San Francisco Planning Commission between 1997-1999. Among the projects I approved were the Asian Art Museum, SBC Ballpark, the highrises at 101 Second Street and 55 Second Street, the UCSF Mission Bay Campus, and Housing and Catellus's 19th Avenue Townhome Project. A licensed California attorney for 18 years, I have extensive experience advising clients on a broad range of real estate matters. My legal expertise makes me comfortable with all aspects of contract negotiations, drafting, and interpretation. I am married with four children, a homeowner in San Francisco's Forest Hill neighborhood, and a member of the San Francisco Olympic Club.
