In 2020 Paula launched Gold & Co. Real Estate Advisors, a real estate coaching company, in addition to returning to Vanguard Properties, as their Growth Strategist.
For the past 30 years Paula worked as a Top Producing Agent and as a Managing Broker. 15 years in the trenches listing and selling real estate full time before transitioning to leadership position, working with agents as their managing broker.
Gold-Nocella successfully led the expansion efforts as Managing Broker of Vanguard Properties from 2011 to 2018, tripling its footprint and sales volume. She began her management career in 2003 with Prudential California Realty in Sonoma County with similar success.
Throughout her career Paula Gold-Nocella has been involved in the development, structuring, selling of Tenants in Common properties, Fractional Ownership Properties globally and has a passion for Resort and Community Development. Creating “Intentional Communities” has been a life-long passion for her.
Paula is highly respected and well-known in the real estate community, recognized for her philanthropic involvement with local charities, community development, and has been a strong advocate in the industry.
