A lifelong Sonoma County resident, Pam Ruffino brings more than 25 years of hands-on experience and insight to the real estate industry.
Known for her approachable leadership style and operational expertise, Pam has played an integral role in shaping how brokerages run—from boutique startups to established brands.
Since joining Vanguard Properties' leadership team in 2018, Pam has fostered a collaborative, team-first culture while working closely with top-tier real estate professionals. Her in-depth knowledge of contracts, systems, platforms, and day-to-day operations has contributed to the evolution of industry best practices that many brokerages rely on today.
Pam’s journey began in property management at Gravenstein Station in Sebastopol, where she oversaw 15 tenants and helped facilitate the sale of a day spa, the Gravenstein Station complex, and its flagship tenant, The Sebastopol Inn.
She later joined Prudential Real Estate, where she supported every aspect of the business and helped launch an independent brokerage, Domaine Real Estate. When Domaine was acquired by Artisan Sotheby’s International Realty, Pam stepped into the dual role of Operations Manager and General Manager—leading a dynamic team of 65 Realtors®, 20 staff, and managing five office locations across the region.
Beyond real estate, Pam is deeply committed to her community. In 2019, she was honored with the Sonoma County YMCA Social Responsibility Award. She lives in Bennett Valley with her husband, two teenagers, and their rescue pup, Teddy.
Pam Ruffino is a trusted operations leader with a passion for people, process, and community—delivering excellence at every level of the real estate journey.
