As a Sonoma County native, Pam Ruffino has been deeply entrenched in the Real Estate community for over twenty years. Pam joined the leadership team at Vanguard Properties in early 2018. Working alongside top leaders in the industry, she firmly believes in a team-based approach. She has extensive knowledge and ability to understand Real Estate contracts, systems, platforms, and operations, and has developed many systems widely used today. Pam started off in Property Management at the Gravenstein Station on Sebastopol Avenue where she managed 15 tenants and helped facilitate the sale of an on-site Day Spa, the Gravenstein Station itself, and eventually the sale of The Sebastopol Inn, the property's cornerstone tenant.
Upon the sale of Gravenstein Station, Pam joined a small team at Prudential Real Estate where she worked for five years managing all facets of their Real Estate business including the opening of their own brokerage, Domaine Real Estate. After several years, the team sold their business to Artisan Sotheby’s International Realty and Pam joined the management team, both as Operations Manager and General Manager overseeing 65 Realtor®, 20 staff, and 5 offices. Pam is actively involved in the Sonoma County YMCA, earning its Social Responsibility Award in 2019. Pam lives in Sonoma County with her husband, two teenagers, and their rescue jack-a-doodle, Teddy.
