With a passion for helping people live their best lives and build long-term wealth through real estate, Paige Goldsmith brings a rare blend of emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and fierce advocacy to every transaction.
Paige is a real estate advisor with Vanguard Properties, serving buyers and sellers throughout San Francisco and the greater Bay Area. She works across some of San Francisco’s most sought-after neighborhoods, including Noe Valley, Pacific Heights, and Russian Hill, while also assisting her valued clients in surrounding markets such as Marin County, Lamorinda, Berkeley, and the Peninsula.
Known for her dedication, energetic personality and client-centered approach, Paige has become a sought-after advisor for clients who value genuine guidance and exceptional representation.
She was named Rookie of the Year at Vanguard Properties and has quickly built a reputation for proactive strategy, thoughtful counsel, and strong negotiation. Whether guiding first-time buyers, advising tech professionals on equity-driven purchases, supporting investors in strategic opportunities, or managing luxury property listings, Paige delivers results with poise, precision, and an unwavering commitment to her clients’ goals.
Before entering real estate, Paige worked as an Occupational Therapist at UCSF leading complex neurological rehabilitation cases. That experience sharpened her communication, adaptability, and ability to navigate high-stakes decisions with clarity and care. Today, she brings that same level of thoughtful problem-solving to real estate while also offering relocation services and guidance for clients navigating major life transitions, including downsizing and relocation for older adults and families.
Clients have described Paige as having “an iron fist in a velvet glove”—warm and approachable, yet relentless when it matters most. She ensures every client feels confident in their decisions and experiences a seamless transaction from start to finish.
Outside of real estate, Paige enjoys walking her dog through Noe Valley, playing tennis, exploring San Francisco’s food and wine scene, and staying active in her local community.
