Nina Dosanjh is a Realtor® and the Chief Technology and Strategy Officer for Vanguard Properties. In this role, she is tasked to improve efficiency in brokerage technology platforms and systems. She works closely with the executive leadership team to explore emerging technologies, evaluate new concepts and manage brokerage and agent technology offerings. She helps formulate, facilitate and communicate the organization's strategic initiatives and future goals.
She is fiercely authentic and is a firm believer in giving back. Nina has a strong commitment and passion for industry & community leadership and is a 2021 graduate of the National Association of Realtors®, Leadership Academy, and a 2016 graduate of Leadership San Francisco (LSF) an organization dedicated to educating and developing community trustees who strengthen and transform the community.
She is a member of the Real Estate Standards Organization and currently serves as the 2022 Broker Workgroup Advisory Vice-Chair. She has been part of the Inman Leadership Team for the past three years and is continuously looking to serve at her local, state, and national organizations.
Nina is the 2019 Past President and currently serves on the 2022 Executive Committee and Board of Directors for the San Francisco Association of Realtors®, she serves as a Director for both the California Association of Realtors® and the National Association of Realtors®. Most recently she chaired the 2020 Federal Technology Policy Committee for the National Association of REALTORS® and is a past President of the Women’s Council of Realtors®, San Francisco.
Nina is a fierce supporter of women and is a supporter of the California Association of Realtors®, WomanUp® movement. This movement encourages and supports women to take control of their journey to career advancement, and brokerage leadership and/or ownership.
As the first woman of color to ever hold the position of President of the San Francisco Association of Realtors®, Nina is a supporter of more intersectional inclusivity in real estate. Nina has a strong commitment and passion for community leadership. She serves on the Advisory Board for San Francisco Magazine and as the 2020 Chair for The National Association of Realtors® Federal Technology Policy Committee she recently testified in front of the U.S. Senate Commerce, Science and Transportation Committee on small business perspectives on Federal data privacy framework
