Nicole holds a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Financial Planning and brings nearly two decades of client-facing professional experience to her real estate career. Her background provides clients with a practical, analytical perspective while ensuring every transaction remains personalized, organized, and focused on their long-term goals.
As Co-Founder and Buyer's Agent with The We Group, Nicole specializes in helping first-time buyers, move-up buyers, investors, and sellers navigate the buying and selling process. Working alongside Rick, she supports clients with market knowledge, responsive communication, and attention to detail while contributing to the team's collaborative approach to delivering exceptional service throughout Sonoma County. Nicole has particular expertise in K Section and O Section neighborhoods, collectively known as the University District of Rohnert Park, offering clients specialized, hyper-local insight into these desirable areas.
Known for her calm demeanor, organizational skills, and commitment to client service, Nicole focuses on creating a smooth and informed real estate experience. Outside of real estate, Nicole enjoys riding California's Highway 1 on her motorcycle, playing competitive pool, and spending time outdoors.
