Coming from a scientific background in microbiology, she took a circuitous route to her chosen career. Leaving Connecticut at 23 to come to California, she settled in Berkeley and worked for Lawrence Labs, then on to San Francisco where she worked in cancer research at U.C. Medical Center. Nan met her husband, Jim, moved to Marin and settled down to married life and raising two sons. Nowadays, Nan loves to teach and exercise with the deep water aerobics group “Water Gym” to stay fit and enjoy a full and energetic life.

As a charter member of “The Marin All Stars,” which is a group of real estate brokers representing the leading real estate companies in Marin County, Nan is at the forefront of Marin’s best agents. With combined sales volumes exceeding $200 Million per year, this alliance of leading agents has come together since 1992 to learn from one another and thereby remain on the cutting edge of real estate practices, communications, trends, marketing, and technology.
