Born and raised in Italy in the region of Le Marche - a manufacturing base for high-end fashion accessories, shoes, and furniture - Monica is passionate about Design and Architecture. She moved to San Francisco in the early 90s to attend the University of San Francisco where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a Master's in International Economics and Finance. Monica started investing in real estate in 1996 when she purchased her first property in the heart of Hayes Valley. She has been buying, renovating, and selling real estate in San Francisco ever since while also developing multi-unit properties in Italy. She lives in Noe Valley with her family, speaks Italian and Spanish fluently, and is very involved in various community organizations.
