The youngest of five children who moved from Virginia to California in 1982, Michelle learned early on how to listen, collaborate, and advocate—skills that serve her well in negotiations and client relationships. Before beginning her real estate career, she developed a strong work ethic and client-centered mindset in the restaurant industry, where she mastered the art of multitasking, staying calm under pressure, and connecting with people from all walks of life. She brings that same hospitality-driven approach to every transaction.
As a Green Building designee and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Michelle is passionate about helping clients make smart, sustainable, and future-focused real estate decisions—whether they’re purchasing their first home, right-sizing for a new chapter, or investing for long-term growth. Michelle particularly enjoys the marketing side of being a listing agent. Collaborating closely with her marketing department, she stays current with the latest technology and social media trends to ensure every listing receives maximum exposure and reaches buyers across all platforms. Finding just the right property for buyers is also one of her favorite challenges—it’s like solving a puzzle. She enjoys working with clients of all ages and life stages, from first-time buyers to seasoned investors, and prides herself on being relatable, approachable, and deeply in tune with each client’s needs.
