Michelle Lazard brings decades of business experience to San Francisco from the real estate offices of Herth and Vanguard Properties. She specializes in the purchase and sale of single-family homes, condominiums, and tenancies in common. After many years of running an exceptional, beloved San Francisco restaurant with Chef Melinda Randolph, Michelle is delighted to return to the real estate career she began in 1998.

One of the great joys she gained from her experience at Restaurant 2223 (aka, the No Name) was the value of community, the delights of neighbors becoming family, and the ability to give back and participate in cultural and charity events, including the San Francisco International Film Festival, Frameline Film Festival, Stop Aids Project, Dine About Town and Lighthouse for the Blind. Michelle’s other passion is her lifelong love of animals and when she’s not walking her dogs in Stern Grove, you can find her volunteering at Muttville Senior Dog Rescue, a cause that’s very close to her heart.
