With unmatched professionalism, interpersonal skills, and a strong work ethic, Michele guides buyers and sellers through transactions with empathy and competence.
Michele Westhoff moved to California in 2000 and has been residing in the Bay Area since 2015. Her passion for real estate inspired her transition from a successful career as a litigator to becoming a well-respected real estate professional. Her comprehensive understanding of contracts and exceptional negotiation skills provide significant benefits to her clients. She prides herself on building strong relationships with her clients, offering technical real estate advice, and remaining constantly available to address questions and discuss the emotions that often accompany major life decisions such as buying or selling a home. Even after transactions close, Michele assists clients with interior design, referrals for home-related services, and any questions about "anything and everything" related to homeownership. She has a special affinity for first-time buyers and enjoys guiding them through the home buying process.

Michele's fervor for buying and selling property encompasses the entire process—from finding the right place to negotiating offers. Having purchased, renovated, and sold three homes of her own, in addition to designing a new construction home and overseeing the renovation of a 1912 house for friends, she has gained substantial knowledge in home and landscape construction. This hands-on experience has sharpened her eye for design and helps her identify properties with investment potential.

As an NAR Green Designee, Michele understands the growing demand for better energy performance in homes and the importance her clients place on it. She helps sellers capitalize on their homes' green features and assists buyers in evaluating these features in potential purchases.

Michele's love for animals led her to co-found a non-profit animal rescue in Los Angeles. She donates a portion of her commission from each real estate transaction to animal rescue organizations. Her enthusiasm for gardening played a key role in her decision to purchase a home in Marin with ample outdoor space to nurture her other "green" passion.

Please refer to her testimonials, where past clients have praised her efforts and confirmed their positive experiences with her exemplary representation. Do not hesitate to contact Michele to learn more about how she can provide you with unsurpassed service.
