A second-generation San Franciscan now rooted in Oakland, Marie-Terese spent over 30 years as a hair colorist and 10 years running two salons. In that time, she became something more than a stylist — she became a trusted constant in her clients’ lives. She heard about the apartments they were outgrowing, the neighborhoods they were dreaming about, the homes they hoped to one day own. She celebrated milestones, navigated hard seasons, and showed up, chair after chair, with genuine care for the people in front of her.

Raising two kids in the Mission District gave her an even deeper connection to the rhythms of Bay Area life — the way communities evolve, the pride people take in their blocks, and what it really means to put down roots somewhere.

Now, Marie-Terese is bringing all of that — the relationships, the listening, the love of community — into real estate. She’s building her client base one honest conversation at a time, and her approach is exactly what you’d expect from someone who’s spent a career earning trust: patient, personal, and genuinely invested in where you end up.

When she’s not working, Marie-Terese is soaking up everything Oakland has to offer — catching films at the Grand Lake, exploring new neighborhoods with her sweet pup Romy, and making time for the friends and community she holds dear. Her cat Badger holds down the fort at home.
