She will educate buyers on all the facets of purchasing a home including loan programs, list price vs. sale price, and the pros and cons of different property types. For SELLERS, Mara will view the property with you to figure out the current value of the property. She will figure out which marketing strategies will get you top dollar for your particular property. Mara will also assist you in every detail of preparing your property for the market and selling your home.
Mara has a flair for customer service and will do what she can to make the purchase or sale of your home as simple and stress-free as possible. When not working, Mara enjoys painting, sewing, redesigning her home, cooking, baking, and taking her dog to the many outdoor spaces in and around San Francisco.
