“I work with people looking to achieve their real estate goals, from first-time homebuyers to experienced investors and everyone in between. My goal is to treat everyone with humanity, dignity, and integrity. I’m here from day one and long after the transaction closes—because this isn’t just real estate; it’s your life.” - Luba
San Francisco isn’t just where Luba sells homes—it IS home. With nearly two decades of experience in The City’s ever-changing real estate market, Luba has mastered the art of navigating the nuances—helping buyers and sellers make smart, informed decisions without the stress. She’s not just about closing deals; she’s about understanding people, their needs, and what makes a house a home.

With an unfiltered approach, Luba combines experience, insight, and strategic thinking to ensure a smooth and successful outcome.

Always ahead of the curve, Luba left Lowell High School early and earned her hospitality management degree from the University of San Francisco (USF). Her career began in hotels, where she honed her skills in service and strategy, then pivoted to office management before finding her true calling: real estate.

In 2006, she joined a boutique brokerage in Noe Valley and was named Rookie of the Year. She quickly rose to Top Producer status, gaining a reputation as a trusted advisor and sharp market strategist. She also became a respected real estate blogger, keeping her finger on The City’s pulse and helping clients stay ahead of market trends.

When the firm where her career began was absorbed into the corporate real estate world, Luba—never one to conform—searched for the right fit, much like Goldilocks. She found her “just right” at Vanguard Properties, San Francisco’s premier independent brokerage. Here, she discovered a team of colleagues who share her values and passion for excellence and integrity.

Honesty is at the core of Luba’s work. She prioritizes her clients’ long-term success over quick wins, steering them away from deals that don’t align with their best interests. To her, real estate isn’t just about transactions—it’s about trust and creating a partnership that lasts beyond closing day.

Having called the Richmond District home for over half her life, Luba understands the heart of The City in a way few can. When she’s not helping clients, she’s fostering dogs with Beyond Rescue, doting on her own pups, and collecting houseplants and tattoos—because growth and individuality aren’t just things she values, they’re how she lives.
