Born in Ukraine and immigrating to the U.S. at just two years old, Luba was destined to become a proud San Franciscan. Her heart swells with pride for The City, a place where she’s always felt an impassioned connection, and roots that reach far and wide across its 7x7 landscape. It’s a bond that both grounds and invigorates her.
Luba has never fit the traditional mold. Always ahead of the curve, she left Lowell High School early and found herself at the University of San Francisco (USF). During her time there and shortly after, she put her hospitality management degree to use in hotels across The City. However, after the tragedies of 9/11, Luba stepped back from the hotel industry and transitioned into various office management positions until she found her true calling—helping people achieve their real estate goals.
In 2006, Luba joined a boutique real estate company in San Francisco’s Noe Valley and quickly rose to the rank of Top Producer. She also became a well-known real estate blogger, always keeping her finger on the market's pulse. Luba is a true expert in all things real estate and understands the importance of delivering an exceptional level of service that exceeds expectations.
When the firm where her real estate career began succumbed to the new corporate landscape that overtook The City’s real estate industry, Luba, never one to conform, searched for the right fit—much like Goldilocks—and found it at San Francisco’s very own Vanguard Properties. Here, she discovered a team of colleagues who share her values.
“I work with people looking to achieve their real estate goals, from the first-time homebuyer or seller to the experienced investor, to the rich and famous (or infamous)... My goal is to treat everyone how I want to be treated—with humanity, with dignity, with integrity, and without the cheesy sales pitches. I’m here from the first day of your real estate journey, and I’ll be here long after any transaction has closed, because it’s not just a real estate deal, it’s your life.” - Luba
When Luba isn’t helping her clients, she’s doting on her dogs, volunteering and fostering with Beyond Rescue, and collecting houseplants and tattoos.
