Ten years ago, that instinct led her to take a leap. Believing there was a better way to build a brokerage, one with exceptional marketing, genuine connection and a culture people wanted to be part of, Linnette co-founded Abio Properties in 2016. Over the next decade, she helped grow that idea into an award-winning East Bay brokerage.

Today, Linnette brings that same spirit to Vanguard Properties, pairing the deeply local expertise and personal approach that have defined her career with Vanguard’s expanded reach and resources.

Linnette has a way of seeing what makes a home special and knowing how to bring those qualities forward. Away from real estate, Linnette is happiest with her partner Tammy and daughter Colette, in the garden picking something fresh for dinner or gathered around the table cooking for friends and family.
