Leo Quinones began his real estate journey in 2016, building a thriving business in Orange County alongside his business partner. With over $76 million in real estate sold and more than 150 properties closed, Leo and his partner made their mark in the industry through hard work, creativity, and a client-focused approach.
In 2021, life led Leo to the Bay area. He often jokes that he moved to San Francisco—a city he had never visited— for love.. only to equally fall in love with the city itself. Inspired by San Francisco’s dynamic neighborhoods, rich culture, and diverse community, Leo launched LIVING7x7, a business that embraces the city’s unique 7-by-7-mile layout and celebrates what it means to live like a true San Franciscan.
Leo’s approach to real estate is deeply rooted in his entrepreneurial mindset and his unique “superpowers.” His insatiable curiosity drives him to constantly ask “why?” and dig deep until he fully understands every detail, while his deep desire to help—whether it’s a client, family member, friend, or stranger—shapes his client-first approach. These traits have helped him build a reputation for going above and beyond, helping clients achieve their goals, often solving problems before they arise or uncovering that missing piece that brings clarity to his clients’ goals — whether it’s finding their dream homes or advising on complex investment strategies, his ability to combine creativity with data-driven insights sets him apart in the competitive real estate industry. His analytical side has also enabled him to build systems and processes that streamline his work, providing his clients with a seamless experience and ensuring no detail is overlooked.
Leo’s passion for real estate stems from a pivotal chapter in his own life. Early in life, his family lost their home after being advised to sell unnecessarily, which triggered a period of instability and ultimately forced them to leave California and relocate to Kansas, where Leo took on an adult role at a young age taking on the responsibility of being his family’s primary breadwinner by age 16. During this time, he also worked as a server, 911 dispatcher, and even launched his first small business, discovering his entrepreneurial spirit and drive. These experiences taught him resilience, the value of hard work, and the importance of helping others avoid the struggles his family faced.
In 2015, he made it a goal to be the one to finally move his family back home so he quit his stable government job, moved back to California and was determined to build a career in real estate. With his values already deeply imprinted at age 21 this naturally led to a business that empowered clients with sound advice, integrity, and a personalized approach to real estate.
Outside of work, Leo is an explorer at heart. He’s constantly seeking out hidden gems across the city, from the Mission District to Ocean Beach, while living his philosophy of “embracing every square inch of San Francisco.” His adventurous spirit and relentless drive continue to fuel his success in helping clients navigate the ever-changing real estate landscape.
