Leo’s interest in real estate began in high school, always fascinated by different architectural styles, and neighborhoods, and always tuning into the latest episode of House Hunters on HGTV. One of his first jobs was working at a real estate appraisal firm that operated in San Francisco, Marin, and Sonoma counties. While there, he gained an impeccable understanding of the housing market by researching residential comparables and reviewing sales while tracking how long a home was on the market, how much it sold for, and discovering the negotiated sale price. Together these behaviors helped him become a competitive Realtor® across multiple Bay Area counties.
Growing up in Sonoma and Marin county, Leo found any excuse to visit San Francisco. He has been in awe of the city’s unique landscape and culture and dreamt of living and working in SF. Now that he lives here, he’s launched his real estate career based on his passion. With a keen eye for aesthetics and working for one of San Francisco's top-producing agents, Leo has unmatched attention to detail. Leo is a confident public speaker and comfortable talking to anyone; he loves connecting with people from all walks of life. He strives to put his clients first in everything he does. When he’s not working, he stays active playing in a local ultimate frisbee league and tries to catch the sunset whenever he can. He also loves to explore a new pocket of the city on one of his many urban hikes.
