As a native San Franciscan, Lauren knows this city like the back of her hand and has a deep pride for the place that has been home to her family for over three generations! Lauren also maintains a very successful rental business representing landlords and tenants in leasehold transactions. Having started her career in leasing, being at the pulse of San Francisco's rental market, in addition to the sales market, allows her to provide major value for her clients who are purchasing property for rental purposes or who eventually want the passive income after owner-occupying. This multi-faceted understanding allows her to match buyers up with the home of their dreams as well as represent sellers in a way that drives maximum foot traffic and gets top dollar in as little time as possible.
