She started selling real estate in 1983 after transitioning from a career in pediatric intensive care nursing at the University of California, San Francisco. For the past 37 year, Laura has relied on the skills she learned in the ICU— compassion, diligence, and meticulous attention to detail—to sell a wide variety of properties in both San Francisco and Marin, all the while witnessing the exciting evolution of the counties’ diverse neighborhoods and cycles of market trends.
Throughout her real estate career, she has received distinguished awards as a top producer, and garnered attention for her innovative advertising. Her distinctive marketing of 710 Ashbury, the old ‘Grateful Dead’ house, was showcased on the front page of the San Francisco Chronicle, and was also featured internationally on CNN, BBC, and in The London Times.
