She began her career in Kharkiv, Ukraine in 2017 and, by 2021, founded and operated her own brokerage in Kyiv. She later expanded her work to Cannes, France, advising clients in a competitive luxury market, before relocating to Miami in 2023 and obtaining her Florida real estate license.
With over eight years of experience across three countries, Kseniia works with a diverse international clientele and brings a strong understanding of cross-cultural decision-making, investment priorities, and client psychology.

Outside of real estate, Kseniia is a mother to her daughter, Milana, who is her primary motivation. She maintains an active lifestyle and embraces the energy and opportunities that Miami offers. She is fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian.
