"Towards the last week of September, after months of consideration, I decided that I wanted to simplify my life and the first step to me was to sell my manufactured home and become a renter. During that same time period, I received an advertising postcard from Vanguard Properties which specifically mentioned Kim Hawkins as one of their realtors. I left a phone message and received a reply quite quickly. From there things fell naturally into place and Kim became my realtor.
I was, and continue to be, so grateful to have her guide me through the journey of trying to sell my home. At our first meeting she explained so many things to me in a way that was understandable and made sense. Initially, a lot of work was centered around staging, repairs, inspections and more as we prepared the house to put it on the market. Kim looked at the comps and shared statistics about the real estate market in my neighborhood which I found very helpful. This has been such a great process with minimal stress and I give much of the credit to Kim. She has been, and continues be, very positive and encouraging, always working on a variety of projects in order to achieve the goal of selling my home.
