Juliette has facilitated strategic long and short-term acquisitions, renovations, condo conversions, TIC creation and 1031 exchanges. Prior to joining Vanguard Properties, she was a senior investment analyst for a prominent Irvine-based real estate investment firm managing client portfolios with a combined value of approximately $50 million.

Juliette graduated a dean's scholar from the Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California with an emphases in Real Estate Development and Entrepreneur Studies. She has been involved with several charitable organizations, such as VA-VASH and Veteran's Affairs - Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing serving rental assistance for disable and homeless veterans.
