Known for her patient, calm, and reassuring approach, she guides clients through each step with clarity and confidence while always keeping their goals at the center of the process.
Julianna has a special passion for helping seniors and their families navigate times of transition. As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), she understands that downsizing, preparing a longtime family home for sale, or moving to a 55+ community can involve both emotional and logistical challenges. She provides thoughtful guidance, trusted resources, and hands-on support to help make the process as manageable and comfortable as possible.
First-time homebuyers also hold a special place in her heart. Julianna enjoys educating buyers, answering their questions, and helping them understand each step so they can make informed decisions with confidence. Her business is built largely on referrals and repeat clients, reflecting the lasting relationships she develops and the trust her clients place in her.
Julianna holds the SRES®, GREEN, and ABR® designations from the National Association of REALTORS®. Born in Japan, she immigrated to the United States at age eight and is fluent in Japanese and conversational in Mandarin.

When she isn’t working, Julianna enjoys spending time with her high school sweetheart, whom she married in 2000, cheering on their two adult children, and caring for her beloved pitbull/terrier rescue and her backyard chickens.
