After his family moved to America, Jonathan pursued a successful career in the medical field as well as in real estate.
Jonathan's passion for real estate had already begun to show through at the age of 6. This is when he almost sold his family’s house to the neighbors unbeknownst to his parents. He had been to open houses, followed agents around town as they worked and he loved it. Jonathan was hooked. He wanted to do what they did and remembers saving up his allowance to buy two signs that were essential to making this career happen: “For Sale” and “Open House.”
After he got them, he propped them up outside in the front garden (that’s what you call a front yard in England) and watched with glee as neighbors slowed down as they drove by to see if his family really were selling their lovely house.
They were not.
After his family moved to America, Jonathan pursued a successful career in the medical field as well as in real estate. His devotion to high standards allowed him to excel at UCSF Medical Center, where he was one of the youngest members ever appointed to the prestigious and world-renowned hospital’s elite Critical Care Rapid Response Team. Similarly, in the realm of real estate, Jonathan was first-licensed at age of 19. Jonathan’s tenacity and drive is underlined by a keen eye for detail. He believes that one of the most important parts of developing and enhancing the client relationship is clear and constant communication.
Jonathan enjoys getting to know his clients. He is deeply committed to maintaining great client relationships over the long term. He has sold everything from vacant parcels to custom-build luxury homes in large-scale master-plan communities of 2,000+ residences. His experience includes developing communities throughout the Southeast including projects in Atlanta, Hilton Head and Tybee Island. He also has experience selling large custom 6000+ sqft homes in the affluent Buckhead and Dunwoody districts in Atlanta. In Northern California, Jonathan has sold properties in South Beach, the Mission, the Castro, Mission Dolores, Dogpatch, Hayes valley, Pacific Heights among other areas in the region including areas in the East Bay.
