Jo Ann brings years of real-life experience to every Real Estate transaction. With a strong background in business and entrepreneurship, she is a skilled negotiator and problem solver. Her family’s roots in the Wine Country extend back to 1856 and Jo Ann has insider knowledge of the advantages of Wine Country properties and neighborhoods. Growing up in Napa, she holds her MA in Public Administration from the University of San Francisco. She served as Director of Admissions at Dominican University for ten years, was co-founder of the Napa Valley Conference and Visitor’s Bureau, and owner of Napa Valley Destination Services. Living in Healdsburg for the past twenty-three years, Jo Ann has also worked as a fundraising consultant and writer.
Understanding that buying and selling a home can be stressful, she is committed to bringing her experience and professionalism to the table extending openness and humor, Jo Ann wants her clients to have fun in the process and is available to her clients 24 hours a day to address questions or concerns. Jo Ann lives with her two sons and 160-pound mastiff. Her son John is a freshman at UC Berkeley and her younger son, Dylan, is a junior at Healdsburg High School. She believes that “giving back” is vital to her community and currently serves on the Board of the Sonoma County Community Foundation Grants Committee and is a ten-year Board member of the Healdsburg Education Foundation where she continues to volunteer.
