Jesse Ghumman

With a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of Nottingham (UK) and deep roots in a business-oriented family in Punjab, India, Jaskaran has been immersed in commerce and real estate from an early age.

 

He began his career working alongside his father in the family’s truck dealership, while simultaneously engaging in real estate investment. His hunger for innovation and new ventures led him to Mongolia, where he spent two and a half years in the coal mining industry—an experience that sharpened his business instincts and cross-cultural negotiation skills.

 

After the passing of his father, Jaskaran returned to his hometown and dove into residential real estate, overseeing single-family home construction projects and facilitating successful sales as an independent agent. His exposure to the U.S. real estate market began when he assisted his uncle with a redevelopment project in San Francisco’s Lower Pacific Heights. That hands-on experience fueled his passion for property development and motivated him to earn his California real estate license.

 

Now based in San Francisco and part of the Vanguard Properties team, Jaskaran combines international experience, construction knowledge, and a sharp entrepreneurial mindset to deliver exceptional results for buyers, sellers, and investors.
