Jan advised, negotiated, and priced transactions on behalf of technology start-ups, individuals, investment funds, and multi-billion dollar public companies.
After receiving her Master of Laws degree at Boston University, Jan went on to obtain her bar licenses in both China and New York and practiced law at a top Chinese law firm as a corporate attorney advising domestic and international Venture Capital and Private Equity funds and other clients on various transactions since 2009. Jan moved to New York City in 2012 and she co-founded and ran a successful online vintage jewelry business with her partner, before shifting her career focus to real estate.
In her prior professions, Jan advised, negotiated, and priced transactions on behalf of technology start-ups, individuals, investment funds, and multi-billion dollar public companies. She was also one of the pioneers who introduced vintage jewelry into the Chinese market. Today, she leverages those fundamental skills of marketing, contract negotiation, and comparative analysis to help get sellers top dollar for their property and buyers the property of their dreams without leaving money on the table.
Jan grew up in Chongqing, China, and has been a resident of San Francisco since 2017. She loves interior design, traveling, hiking, working out, and exploring the Bay Area with her husband Mike, their son Aiden and daughter Alyssa.
