Real Estate is in my DNA. I am driven by the deal and the overwhelming satisfaction of helping people successfully navigate the art of real estate. My Grandfather and Father were successful architects, builders, and real estate investors in San Francisco and the entire Bay area. My mother likes to tell the story about their first house, she wanted a cute little house with a white picket fence and my dad bought a two-unit fixer. She goes on to say the upper flat paid the mortgage and they retired comfortably on the wise property investments they made.
I bought my first house in San Francisco at the age of 21 while still working as a landscaper with $50 in my bank account. I always say where there's a will there's a way. I am a native San Franciscan and have just returned home from 10 years in the Wine Country. I began my career in Real Estate in 1995 working as an assistant to 20-plus agents. In 1996 I began to sell on my own, and by 1998 I was a San Francisco Top producer.

Never forget it’s all about the client. If it’s a first home or condo, or real estate investment property involving a 1031 exchange it’s a big deal.
