More than an agent, Ian also a husband, busy father of twins, and a native of Marin. He's been a homeowner on both sides of the Golden Gate Bridge for almost two decades and lives with his family in San Anselmo. A real estate expert with an extensive network, Ian's knowledge of properties is magnified by his family. They've owned, built, and managed commercial real estate investments his entire life.
Prior to becoming a full-time real estate agent, Ian was bag designer and manufacturer as founder of IVAR backpacks. He ultimately pioneered the brand into over 330 retail doors in the USA and internationally. Today, his sole involvement is directing charitable backpack donations to in-need youths in Africa and South America. Over $120,000 worth have been donated to date.
Ian graduated with a BS in Finance and Marketing from the University of Denver. He's a lifelong athlete who still works out every morning and a former college athlete with the NCAA Division 1 DU Pioneers.
