Helen ran her own successful Property Management company for years before handing over the running of the business to her trusted VP! Through years of HOA condo management Helen gained an in-depth knowledge of every area of San Francisco real estate. What to look out for when buying and selling in the city and the pro and cons of purchasing a TIC, Condo or SFH. With this knowledge and devotion to her clients Helen helps them realize their real estate dreams.
Helen had also worked with her husband in his construction business with design and selecting finishes. This work helped her gain an understanding of the time and attention that goes into the construction of condos and SFH and how to navigate planning within the city system.
Helen hails from Ireland with a degree with Math and Economics and Master’s in Marketing Management from the University of Limerick, Ireland.
In her spare time, Helen enjoys taking her kids to the park, zoo, and Academy of Sciences and when possible, dinners with her husband in one of the many fantastic restaurants San Francisco has to offer.
