Before co-founding Hideaway Properties, Heidi spent over 20+ years in the insurance and financial industries, first as an underwriter for State Farm and later as a Partner and Chief Compliance Officer at a boutique wealth management firm. Working with high-profile clients like TV stars and pro-athletes, she honed her discretion, professionalism, and laser-sharp attention to detail, all of which she brings to her real estate practice.
Despite her professional success, real estate has always been her true passion—especially flipping homes with her husband, Dino. While Dino handles the social side of the business, Heidi excels behind the scenes, managing operations, home prep, and social media. Their teamwork is a perfect balance of strengths.
A Sonoma County native, Heidi lives in Petaluma and has a deep love for interior design, photography, and animals. She and Dino have organized donation drives for local people and pets in need, inspired by their senior wiener dog, Chip, Hideaway Properties' CFO, "Chief Furry Officer."
