Raised on job sites in Los Angeles, Graham developed an early interest in real estate. In 2021, he and his wife, Susanna, began a year-long search across Northern California to find the perfect place to call home, ultimately choosing Sonoma County, where they welcomed twin boys.
Their search brought them to a property near Sebastopol, which Graham shaped into a home suited for both family living and rental income, significantly reducing their monthly costs. This transformative experience inspired him to leave a 17-year career in tech marketing and focus full-time on real estate.
Now a REALTOR® with Vanguard Properties in Sebastopol, Graham serves clients of all kinds, with a particular passion for those looking to find homes with potential for family, guests, or rental income.
Outside of work, Graham enjoys exploring Sonoma County with his family, pursuing his love for swing dancing, and connecting with the vibrant local community.
