A major contributor to her success is her extensive background in construction. As a licensed general contractor since 1996, she has personally renovated and developed over 160 homes—an invaluable asset for her clients looking to buy or sell. Originally from California’s Central Valley, Grace spent two decades in Los Angeles before making Sonoma County home in 2001, drawn by her love of wine country.
