A past resident of the Midwest and New England, she works easily with relocating clients. The wife of architect David Petta, FAIA, she knows and appreciates issues of design and construction. A former teacher and school administrator, she is responsive to her clients´ individual styles and needs and dedicated to helping them achieve their goals. A mother and grandmother, she remains committed to education and the arts.
In 2024, Gini brings to Vanguard her forty-five years of experience in the broad East Bay market, continuing a career of exemplary service to buyers and sellers in El Cerrito, Albany, Kensington, Berkeley, Piedmont, and Oakland.
