My clients value knowing that I take time to listen and understand their desires and have their best interests as my priority
My success in business has always stemmed from my sincerity. My clients value knowing that I take time to listen and understand their desires and have their best interests as my priority. I don’t view a real estate transaction as a one-time event, but as an opportunity to begin a long-term relationship. It is true that technology has changed the way real estate business is conducted, but the necessity of having a trusted real estate professional watching your back has not changed in the slightest.
I am honored to be a member of The Bowman Group. Ask any seasoned Marin real estate professional about the integrity, honesty, longevity, and success of our founder, Susan Bowman, and I am sure a positive response will be confirmed.
I grew up in Marin County, graduated from Saint Mark’s School (now the Mark Day School) and The Branson School, and was exposed to real estate at an early age by my father, a real estate broker. I bought my first home when I was in college and rented out rooms to cover my expenses. I studied brewing science and graduated from both UC Davis and The American School for Malting and Brewing Science and Technology. By 24, I was the Director of Brewing for Station Casinos, Inc. (sister company to Gordon Biersch at the time). By 28, I owned my own brewpub and by 31 had sold both the business and the building.
The real estate transaction proved to be much more profitable by the way. At 32, I became a full-time real estate developer and was most successful in the relocation of existing buildings. If you have ever watched Mega Movers on the History Channel, then you have some idea of what all is involved in deconstructing, moving, and reconstructing an existing building. I gained a solid understanding of the various construction trades by working side-by-side from the foundation to the roof.
So if you would enjoy having a sincere, overachieving, workaholic on your side, give me a call.
