With over two decades of experience, Ed values his reputation as a hard worker, master negotiator and fierce advocate for those he represents.

He began my career in real estate in Phoenix, Arizona, working for a developer of shopping centers, managing the opening of multiple shopping centers and regional malls. After learning much about commercial real estate and construction, Ed changed tracks and followed his true passion for residential real estate, selling homes for a national homebuilder in Phoenix, quickly becoming one of the highest producing agents at the company.

After many years of success, fate led Ed to San Francisco and Vanguard Properties where he's continued to flourish and grow, both personally and professionally.

At Vanguard Properties Ed represents small developers, large developers and many individuals, selling and buying real estate throughout San Francisco, Marin and Sonoma Counties. He has experience owning and developing his own properties and takes personal pride in enhancing the lives of those around him.
