Dulguun’s goal is to empower her clients in their home buying and selling journey by offering her knowledge, guidance, and support throughout every step of the way.
Dulguun moved to the U.S. from Mongolia in 2008 and earned her bachelor’s degree from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley. She began her career in tech sales, spending over a decade at Silicon Valley startups and publicly traded tech companies, excelling in sales and partnership roles. Throughout her career, Dulguun has collaborated with people from diverse backgrounds, thrived in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, and led high-stakes negotiations. Her strong work ethic, dedication to her clients, and creative problem-solving have been key to her success.
As an immigrant, she long dreamed of becoming a homeowner in America. Through hard work and a deep commitment to learning about real estate, she was able to achieve that goal. Her passion for real estate grew after becoming a homeowner, prompting her to join a real estate tech firm to deepen her industry knowledge. Ultimately, she obtained her real estate license to help empower others in their homeownership journey. As a homeowner, Dulguun understands the significance and challenges of the home buying and selling process, especially in the complex Bay Area market. She pays special attention to detail and treats every transaction as if it were her own.
For the past 15 years, she has lived all throughout the Bay Area from the East Bay to San Francisco and the Peninsula, and now calls Oakland home. She is a dedicated student of the region’s intricate real estate market, and brings local knowledge to every client interaction.
When she’s not touring properties or working on real estate deals, Dulguun loves to soak up the Bay Area’s great outdoors—whether she’s running, hiking, or camping under the stars. She also enjoys hosting gatherings with friends, where good wine and even better conversation are always on the menu.
