David Doyle

With more than 23 years of real estate experience, David has represented 120+ transactions totaling approximately $200 million in career sales volume, with experience ranging from entry-level homes to properties valued at $6.5 million and above. He has also been recognized as a RealTrends 2025–26 Top Realtor in Larkspur.

David specializes in Southern Marin, with particular knowledge of Corta Madera, including the Madera del Presidio area, as well as Larkspur and surrounding Marin communities. He also specializes in helping clients navigate real estate transactions involving 1031 exchanges. As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), he works with homeowners and families who are planning their next stage of homeownership or making a real estate transition.

Before entering real estate, David built a career in sales, marketing, advertising, and client management, including roles with IBM, Saatchi & Saatchi, and Goldberg Moser O'Neill. That experience developed his skills in strategic planning, marketing, negotiation, troubleshooting, and managing complex projects.

David's connection to Southern Marin extends beyond real estate. For more than 25 years, he has volunteered by grilling at the Larkspur-Corte Madera School District staff appreciation luncheon.
