Darryl Glass

He has successfully represented sellers across a wide range of property types, including single family homes, multifamily residences, and mixed use buildings. Darryl takes a hands-on approach to every transaction, managing each step of the process from property preparation and marketing through negotiations and closing.

With more than a decade of experience in property management, Darryl provides valuable insight to investor clients. His knowledge of rent and eviction control ordinances across multiple jurisdictions allows him to help clients navigate complex regulations and make informed decisions with confidence.

Beyond real estate, Darryl is deeply committed to community service. He currently serves on the boards of two nonprofit organizations. Since 1998, he has supported First Place for Youth as a donor and later joined its Board of Directors in 2019. He currently serves on the Executive Board as Secretary and Chair of the Fundraising Committee. The organization helps young adults transitioning out of foster care by providing support with housing, education, and employment opportunities.

In 2024, Darryl joined the Board of Spectrum Community Services, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting seniors through programs such as Meals on Wheels, Fall Prevention, and Home Energy Optimization. Through these efforts, Spectrum helps seniors maintain independence and improve their quality of life.
