Daniel Kao

Originally from Houston, Texas, Daniel Kao comes from a background of real estate professionals, who have taught him lifelong skills of top-tier sales techniques and exemplary customer service. He learned his craft from his mom, who has been in the insurance, finance and mortgage lending industry for 35 years and his dad, who been servicing clients as an architect for the same amount of time.Daniel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio and has been active in the Houston real estate market for many years representing residential sellers, buyers and investors. He also has involvement with commercial and residential leasing. He is a member of the San Francisco Association of Realtors®, California Association of Realtors®, and National Association of Realtors®. He is especially passionate about using his Mandarin language skills to help his clientele!
