It's so important to have a Realtor who understands this market both broadly and deeply, and is nimble enough to help navigate it with confidence. Corey has been a full-time Realtor® and a licensed Real Estate Broker for over 20 years, serving the inner East Bay.
Selling or buying a home is both an emotional and complex experience. Corey sees her role as both an advisor and supporter throughout the process. She makes her clients’ goals her own, ensuring that their needs, wishes, and best interests are always at the center of her advice. Corey understands that choosing a Realtor is one of the most important decisions a person will make on this journey. Success in real estate requires creativity, market knowledge, skillful negotiation, and a strong professional network, which Corey brings to every client relationship.
Corey’s clients receive outstanding service, and she is proud that over 95% of her business comes from referrals. She has consistently ranked in the top 1% of East Bay Realtors and in the top 1.5% of Realtors® nationwide.
Corey is part of a dynamic real estate partnership with Maria Cavallo-Merrion, and a team that includes four seasoned agents, a full-time Project Manager, a licensed Buyer Support Agent, and a Transaction Coordinator. This collaborative team works together to ensure that no detail is overlooked and every aspect of the transaction is thoughtfully managed in a timely manner. They are all deeply committed to delivering the highest level of ethics, integrity, professionalism, and technical expertise to guarantee their clients’ success.
Corey has a background in art and design. Her great eye is a valuable asset for Sellers when preparing their homes for sale. It's also beneficial for her Buyer clients, helping her see the potential in a space, and look beyond the staging to offer advice on future remodeling and updating projects.
Before becoming a Realtor, Corey worked as a marketing professional in the nonprofit sector. She served as the Marketing Director for San Francisco Performances and New Century Chamber Orchestra, and as a Marketing Consultant and Events Producer for many arts and social service organizations. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania.
Corey currently lives in the Montclair area of Oakland with her family and their fearless dog, Firebolt. She loves to cook, hike in the East Bay hills, read novels, and spend time with her family and friends.
