A third-generation Bay Area native, J. Conrad Frank knows San Francisco's neighborhoods the way a performer knows their stage—intimately, instinctively, and by heart. From the Victorian charm of the Castro to the evolving energy of SoMa, Conrad understands what makes each corner of the city feel like home. Known throughout San Francisco as cabaret performer Katya Smirnoff-Skyy, he brings the same warmth, wit, and dedication to real estate that he brings to the spotlight. Whether negotiating an offer or delivering a punchline, he believes in showing up fully, authentically, and with impeccable timing—knowing when to submit a competitive offer, and when to pause and truly listen.
Before stepping into real estate, Conrad spent more than fifteen years running his family's global sourcing company, mastering negotiation, vendor management, and the art of orchestrating complex projects—skills he now uses to guide clients through the competitive San Francisco market with clarity and confidence.
A graduate of the University of Oregon, Conrad studied an unusually perfect pairing: Architecture and Vocal Performance. That combination gives him both a designer's eye for space, flow, and potential, and an instinct for reading what clients truly want versus what they think they're supposed to need. He tailors every experience to the unique goals of his clients, offering thoughtful guidance, honest communication, and a collaborative approach grounded in respect and care.
Conrad has served on the Board of the New Conservatory Theatre Center and remains deeply engaged in community work—both in and out of drag—as a spokesperson for Queer LifeSpace.
Proud to be "the REALTOR® behind the lashes," Conrad brings creativity, professionalism, and genuine heart to every chapter of his clients' real-estate journeys.
